Shipping and Delivery 

At SahKap, we are committed to delivering your favorite Assam CTC tea as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are our shipping policies to ensure transparency and a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

1. Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery time typically ranges between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

2. Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with Amazon Fulfillment Services, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • You can track your order via our courier partner's website or through your Amazon account order history.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support via email : hello@sahkap.com

  • If order is place using Amazon, Flipkart or other marketplaces you can contact us using respective marketplace messaging system.

  • In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images of the product and packaging).

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
